John is a Director in our Property Agency and Lease Advisory teams based in the Bradford office. With over four decades at BTG Eddisons, he manages business activities throughout North England, representing owner-occupiers, property companies and developers across local and regional markets. He also acts on behalf of a broad client base, including property companies, major banks, insolvency practitioners and community organisations.
He has extensive experience in industrial and commercial property transactions, with significant project highlights, including the sale of 400,000 sq ft of industrial units on the Euroway Industrial Estate in Bradford to logistics and manufacturing firms, and co-ordinating £10 million of student block investment disposals. John has also completed major land sales, including a 16-acre former employment site, a £13 million industrial property investment, and several strategic acquisitions for food discounters.
John joined Eddisons before it was acquired by BTG. He has developed strong links with local communities throughout his career, maintaining long standing relationships with professionals, businesses and community groups across the region. He is a Chartered Surveyor with deep expertise in the Bradford and North England property markets.
