Julian is a Director based in our Peterborough office. He specialises in commercial property agency across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire, with extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals and general consultancy for investment funds, property companies, private individuals, local authorities and statutory bodies, alongside national retail property expertise.
He has over 32 years' experience in commercial property markets, with 21 years focused on the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire region. Julian was awarded 'Most Active Agent – Cambridgeshire' by the Estates Gazette in 2023 based on completed transactions. Recent high-profile work includes the sale of a 67,000 sq ft former university building for Anglia Ruskin University, the acquisition of a 15,000 sq ft headquarters for Allison Homes, and the sale of a 62,000 sq ft former headquarters for Peterborough City Council. He has also acquired over 200 sites for Subway across East Anglia, the Home Counties and the South East.
Julian joined BTG Eddisons following BTG’s acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews, having worked in the Peterborough office for 13 years. His extensive regional knowledge and proven track record have established him as one of the leading commercial property agents in Cambridgeshire.
