He has built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service, with much of the office's new business generated through personal recommendations. Kevin leads the property management team in Fareham, providing hands-on oversight and strategic guidance across diverse portfolios. His approach combines accessibility with deep operational expertise, ensuring clients receive proactive management and swift resolution of property matters.
Prior to joining BTG, Kevin gained property experience, including owning and operating estate and letting agencies on the Isle of Wight and in Spain. He also founded and developed isleofwight.com, establishing it as the leading tourism website for the region. This entrepreneurial background, combined with his customer service focus, has shaped his distinctive approach to property management and client relationships.
