Lindsay is a Director based in our Glasgow office. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years' experience in property management and agency, specialising in commercial property management across office, retail, and industrial sectors throughout Scotland. He advises institutional investors, corporate occupiers and property funds on portfolio management and asset strategy.
Lindsay has extensive experience managing diverse property portfolios for substantial institutional clients, including Prudential plc, UBS plc, Britannic Asset Management, Centrica plc, and F&C REIT Asset Management, as well as Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Courts Service and Northern Retail Property Fund.
His expertise spans all aspects of property management, including lease administration, service charge management and quality assurance. His deep knowledge of the Glasgow and West Scotland market, combined with experience across the wider Scottish property sector, enables him to deliver comprehensive management solutions for complex multi-property portfolios.
Prior to joining BTG, he held senior positions, including department head at a longstanding estate agency. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds internal auditor training for quality assurance purposes.
