Louise is a Partner based in our Leeds office. She specialises in corporate insolvency and business restructuring, with extensive experience in complex administrations, liquidations and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations.
Louise has over 20 years of experience handling complex insolvency cases involving business and asset sales, regulatory investigations and employee matters.
She recently worked on the administration of an FCA-registered business, dealing with asset recovery and the reconciliation of client monies. She was also involved in the orderly shutdown of a manufacturer of metal structures, handling 67 employee redundancies, the sale of assets and collection of the debtor book ledger.
Louise is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
