Mark is a Director based in our London office. He specialises in commercial agency, development and investment advisory, with extensive experience in acquiring, letting, and selling commercial schemes across offices, retail, industrial, and development sites throughout the Thames Valley, and West and South West London.
He has over 27 years' experience delivering tailored property solutions to a diverse client base, advising landowners and residential developers on the commercial elements of mixed-use schemes. His notable clients include Columbia Threadneedle, Legal & General, Federated Hermes, Barratt plc, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, which involved providing strategic agency and development advice on complex commercial projects.
Prior to joining BTG, Mark spent 24 years at Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell as a director within their agency practice, now acquired by BTG. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
