Mark is a Director based in our Cambridge office. He is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial and residential valuation, and landlord and tenant advisory, with extensive experience across East Anglia. He also provides expert guidance on commercial property agency, acquisitions and development land disposal.
He has over 18 years' experience delivering comprehensive property solutions for banks, lenders, local authorities, publicly listed companies, pension funds and private clients. Mark leads the professional services team in Cambridge, advising on complex valuation matters and strategic property decisions. His broad expertise enables him to support clients across the full property lifecycle, from acquisition through to disposal, with a particular focus on lease advisory and valuation work.
Prior to joining BTG, Mark spent 13 years at Barker Storey Matthews – a BTG acquisition, progressing from graduate surveyor to director after qualifying as a RICS member in 2008. His career has been built on developing deep market knowledge across East Anglia and establishing trusted relationships with institutional and private sector clients throughout the region.
