Michael is a Director based in our Sheffield office. He is a Chartered Surveyor leading the Valuation team, specialising in commercial and residential valuations across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors throughout Yorkshire and the Midlands. He advises banks, commercial occupiers, charities, property companies and local government on property valuations for a range of purposes.
Michael has extensive experience delivering valuations across diverse property types and client requirements. Recent notable projects include valuing a 0.5-acre development site with consent for 84 apartments, a portfolio of retail properties across Sheffield and a 70,000 sq. ft industrial unit. His broad sector knowledge and regional expertise enable him to provide clients with informed, reliable valuation advice across varied market conditions and property classes.
Michael is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and serves as an RICS APC assessor, supporting junior colleagues through their professional qualification pathway.
