Michael is a Director based in our Bristol office. He specialises in healthcare valuations and general commercial valuation work, with extensive experience across pension fund valuations, residential development schemes and business rates advisory across the South, South West and South Wales.
He has over 25 years' experience delivering complex valuation projects, with particular expertise in hospitals and large industrial properties. His work spans diverse sectors, including healthcare estates, pension provider portfolios and development appraisals, providing strategic valuation advice to institutional clients and public sector organisations.
Prior to joining, Michael spent over two decades at Andrew Forbes, a BTG acquisition, and previously gained experience at a global commercial real estate agency, specialising in business rates, insolvency work, European valuations and commercial agency. He also worked within a commercial development company earlier in his career.
