Learn more about Michael Ward
Michael Ward is Head of Property in the Funding division at BTG, and he is based in the Derby office. He leads the Property Finance team, specialising in large-scale residential and commercial property development, investment deals and business development.
Michael has a robust 25-year background in commercial lending, portfolio management and business relationship management. He recently secured more than £100 million in funding for various development and investment projects.
Prior to BTG, he held prominent roles at leading UK banks and top commercial finance institutions. He also holds a Diploma in Lending Skills from the Chartered Banker Institute.
