He has over 30 years' experience in Central London office agency, providing proactive representation and strategic advice to institutional landlords, corporate occupiers and private clients. His work encompasses lease negotiations, tenant acquisitions, landlord disposals and market advisory services, consistently delivering first-class results across diverse Central London office transactions and building long term client relationships.
Richard joined BTG following the acquisition of Hargreaves Newberry Gyngell, where he acted as director. He was previously head of Central London Office Agency at an established London-based estate agency for 14 years, establishing his reputation and expertise within the competitive Central London office market.
