Richard is a Director based in our Bristol office, leading Building Consultancy services across the South West and South Wales. He specialises in dilapidations, technical due diligence and contract administration on large refurbishment schemes, with extensive experience advising both landlords and tenants on complex property matters.
He has 15 years' experience in commercial property, regularly providing expert advice on dilapidations matters and delivering comprehensive building consultancy services. His work encompasses lease end assessments, pre-acquisition technical surveys, contract administration, project management and strategic advice on building condition and compliance matters. Richard's expertise in dilapidations enables him to guide clients through complex negotiations and deliver cost-effective solutions across commercial property portfolios.
Prior to joining, Richard gained experience as a director at a project management and building consultancy and previously held building surveying roles at various commercial property agencies. He holds a degree in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England, and he is a Chartered Building Surveyor.
