Robert is a Director based in our Liverpool office. He is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial property agency, with extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of all commercial property types and residential development sites across Merseyside, the North West and North Wales.
Robert has over 35 years' experience advising landlords, tenants, and public and private sector clients on complex property transactions, with extensive experience across the office, industrial, retail and development sectors. His deep regional market knowledge and established client relationships enable him to provide comprehensive solutions to investors, developers and occupiers.
Prior to joining BTG, Robert spent over 16 years at a leading UK commercial real estate consultancy at director-level, leading agency teams. He also gained experience at a large multi-disciplinary property services provider in the UK. He holds a degree in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University.

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
