Robert is a Director based in our Fareham office. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience specialising in residential and commercial property valuation and survey work across the Greater Portsmouth area. He also provides expert witness services with extensive court experience.
He has a strong track record advising clients on property valuations and building surveys across diverse property types and valuation purposes. Robert's expertise includes providing independent valuation advice for a range of scenarios, from transactional support to dispute resolution. His experience as an expert witness demonstrates his technical rigour and ability to provide robust, defensible professional opinions in complex property matters.
Robert acted as a partner at Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors since 1992, a BTG acquisition, establishing deep market knowledge and long-standing client relationships across the region. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and was educated at Repton School.
