Shaun is a Partner based in our Milton Keynes office. He specialises in business development across our corporate insolvency division, with extensive experience in supporting small to medium businesses across all digital touchpoints.
Shaun has 33 years of experience in refining the client onboarding journey and strengthening BTG’s digital offering to company directors across the UK. He plays a key role in pre-appointment and client engagement activities. He recently worked on developing the in-house CRM system and guiding the SME insolvency team in securing the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) award, a prestigious government-backed quality mark.
Shaun holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI), Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) and Financial Planning Certificate (FPC).
