Simon is a Director based in our Bury St Edmunds office. He is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial property agency, with extensive experience in the sale and letting of industrial, office and retail properties, as well as investment, development, acquisition, and lease advisory work across Suffolk and South Norfolk.
Simon has over 20 years' experience delivering comprehensive agency solutions to private individuals, public sector bodies, property companies and institutional clients. Notable work includes leading the agency strategy for Suffolk Business Park, a 57-acre development scheme in Bury St Edmunds, and advising on numerous commercial transactions across key market towns, including Thetford, Stowmarket, Newmarket, and Haverhill.
Simon has supported the team throughout a series of acquisitions and the integration of these brands under the BTG banner.
Prior to joining BTG, he acted as associate director at Barker Storey Matthews, now acquired by BTG. He holds a degree in Estate Management and a diploma in Surveying Practice from the University College of Estate Management. Beyond his professional role, Simon serves in governance and non-executive positions with several local organisations in Bury St Edmunds, including as a board member of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and board trustee of Abbeycroft Leisure.
