Simon is a Director based in our Peterborough office. He specialises in development and investment agency, occupier consultancy and tenant representation, with extensive experience across commercial property sectors throughout the UK and Europe.
He has over 28 years' experience in commercial property, having worked across all sectors of the industry with expertise in occupier-led consultancy. Recent work includes advising an international occupier on their UK real estate strategy and expansion programme, working alongside various consultants to deliver comprehensive property solutions. His experience also includes time within development firms, providing valuable insight into both development and investment markets.
Prior to joining in 2022, Simon gained experience working across European markets, including Scandinavia, within commercial property consultancy and development firms. His diverse career has equipped him with extensive knowledge of commercial property transactions, development consultancy and strategic real estate planning.
