Stephanie is a Director based in our Sheffield office. She specialises in commercial property management, with extensive experience in portfolio management, lease administration and property agency across diverse commercial assets.
She has over 15 years' experience delivering comprehensive property management solutions to clients, overseeing strategic landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, service charge management and instructing remedial works. Stephanie also advises on lettings and disposals for managed portfolios, ensuring clients maximise value from their commercial property holdings.
Stephanie is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and an RICS registered valuer. She holds a master’s degree in Surveying Technology from the University of Sheffield.
