Timothy is a Director based in our Lincoln office. He specialises in property investment and development consultancy, with extensive experience in property agency, acquisition, and asset management across the retail, leisure, and healthcare sectors.
He has over 30 years' experience delivering development and investment solutions, advising clients in both the public and private sectors on asset management strategies designed to enhance property value. His expertise spans investment disposals and acquisitions, with particular focus on primary care property and the food & beverage sector.
Prior to joining BTG, Timothy gained experience at commercial property consultancies. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
