Will is a Director based in our Manchester office, leading property auctions for BTG Eddisons. He specialises in commercial, residential and land sales through auction across the North West and throughout the UK, providing strategic advice to vendors, investors and developers seeking efficient property disposal solutions.
He has over six years' experience in property auctions, having progressed through senior roles within Pugh Auctions. His work encompasses auction strategy, lot appraisal, marketing campaigns, and sale day management, delivering results for clients requiring accelerated transactions or competitive bidding environments. Will's expertise includes advising on property suitability for auction, valuation guidance, and achieving optimal outcomes for vendors across diverse property types and investment opportunities.
Prior to joining BTG, Will gained commercial experience in senior field sales roles at a major software provider, working with corporate clients on business solutions. He holds a master's in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a degree in International Relations from Loughborough University. He is a member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (MNAVA).

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
