BTG valuation secures £10.92 million funding for student accommodation development

The Challenge

Additionally, our valuation report has contributed to a local flood alleviation scheme being launched in tandem with the construction, benefitting existing properties and residents and demonstrating how rigorous development assessment delivers wider community benefits beyond the primary project.
