Buy-side Advisory to Carousel

BTG is delighted to announce that it has advised on the cross-border merger of personalised logistics specialists Carousel and German-based LSi Logistik.

About the deal

Carousel is the UK’s leading personalised logistics supplier. An investee company of Livingbridge, the business designs and manages bespoke solutions for clients with customised specialist or high touch customer care requirements.

Established in 1986 and with operations in Kent and the Midlands, Carousel works with a number of blue chip clients. LSi provides similar services to Carousel operating in Germany, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
