About the deal
Simon Clarke, owner of AIS and the ultimate holding company Dunstall Holdings acquired Rea Valley Tractors, the largest UK John Deere dealership based in Shropshire along with a 7-acre site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury to relocate the business.
