BTG is delighted to announce that it has advised on the management buyout of Manchester-based legal accounts software company Quill.

About the deal:

Quill, the Manchester headquartered legal accounts software and outsourced cashiering expert, has been acquired by its management team led by Managing Director Julian Bryan.

Quill is the UK’s leading independent supplier of legal practice management software, specialist bookkeeping and payroll services. Fast growing Quill has seen turnover increase 35% in the last five years under Managing Director Julian Bryan’s direction.   Quill has a team of 90 across its four regional offices situated in Manchester, Liverpool, Redcar and Colchester.
