Stowe acquired Crisp & Co Solicitors, a leading specialist family law firm with a highly skilled and experienced team supporting clients across England, from 17 office locations, including Kingston upon Thames, Central London and Manchester.

How we added value:

Nurtured a pipeline of acquisition opportunities, originating the Crisp & Co opportunity
Advised Stowe on the valuation and structuring of the deal to deliver an optimal solution for all stakeholders
Supported Stowe through the due diligence and legal phases to successful completion
