What you’ll be doing
As a graduate in our Valuation team, you’ll join us on a two-year journey to become a Chartered Valuation Surveyor & registered valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate from industrial, offices and retail through to large residential portfolios. We carry out Valuations for secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders as well as pension funds, financial statements and the public sector. At the same time, we’ll support you in completing your assessment of professional competence (APC) with involvement with other disciplines such as agency, lease advisory and property management.

Requirements

  • RICS Accredited BSc or MSc
  • Driving Licence
  • Although we consider academic achievements, your individual strengths and passion for the industry are far more important to us.
