Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
Undertaking building surveys and site inspections
Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules
Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
Delivery of contract administration services
Fund Monitoring
Working with external clients and consultant teams

Key Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
Capable report and specification writing skills
MRICS Qualification
