Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects
• Undertaking building surveys and site inspections
• Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules
• Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects
• Delivery of contract administration services
• Fund Monitoring
• Working with external clients and consultant teams

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
• Capable report and specification writing skills
• MRICS Qualification
