Management Advisory to Terraquest

BTG is delighted to announce that it has advised the management team of TerraQuest on the £72m acquisition of their business from Mears Group PLC. TerraQuest is a leading digital, data and technology provider to the planning, infrastructure and property sectors across the UK. The TerraQuest Group also includes the national planning portal, facilitating the submission of all online planning applications to councils in England and Wales. The deal was led by Apse Capital, a European private equity group specialising in supporting tech-enabled B2B businesses in high growth sectors.
