BTG advises on the sale of Forward Glass

About the deal:

Forward Glass, employing 100 employees and turning over in excess of £10m, was acquired by Cornwall Group, which operates a range of businesses including Mackenzie Glass and Cornwall Glass. Forward Glass adds to the Group’s glass national footprint and offering. Our role was to act as an advisor to the shareholders of Forward Glass on the sale to Cornwall Group Limited.

How we added value:

Identified and engaged with a number of strategic buyers.
Advised and helped resolve several key commercial matters to help facilitate the transaction.
Created and negotiated the completion mechanism.
Project managed the process throughout to secure a successful completion.
