Sell-side Advisory to Microset

Hinckley-based Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) firm Microset Products was acquired in a cross-border deal by French counterpart Groupe SOCOMORE. Serving a global customer base, Microset has been at the forefront of replication technology for over 40 years, specialising in a range of applications critical to assessing surface damage, finish and quality control of internal surfaces.  This strategic move enhances SOCOMORE’s NDT capabilities and solidifies its presence in the UK.

Stowe acquired Crisp & Co Solicitors, a leading specialist family law firm with a highly skilled and experienced team supporting clients across England, from 17 office locations, including Kingston upon Thames, Central London and Manchester.
