BTG are delighted to announce that they have advised on the sale of Southall Associates to Manchester-based Citation.

About the deal:

Southalls is one of the UK’s leading providers of health and safety support, helping businesses achieve compliance with health and safety and food safety legislation. Established in 2003, Southalls developed a proprietary SaaS software solution, which provides a cloud-based management service to in-house health and safety functions within SMEs and large corporates.

BTG advised Southalls on the sale to Citation, a Hg Capital Portfolio company in an undisclosed deal.
