We have a strong track record of supporting and encouraging our colleagues to gain profession qualifications. In the past year alone over 110 of our colleagues have gained accreditation in areas such as accountancy – (AAT, ACA, ACCA) insolvency (CPI, JIEB), banking (LIBF), cryptocurrency, taxation, and surveying (RICS).
At BTG, every colleague owns their own growth and chooses to give their talents to the business. By creating the right conditions, colleagues can perform to their best, be themselves, and advocate for others to be part of our team.
I’ve recently passed my JIEB and I received great support from the business, both in the final stages of study and also getting exposure to work on a variety of cases to expand my knowledge. I’m now really excited to help the next generation and welcome several new apprentices to our team, it will be great to see them now develop their careers with us.

Early careers
We believe that investing in early career professionals is crucial for the growth and success of our business. We value fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a hunger for learning, and we're committed to providing our early career hires with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.
We have colleagues across BTG who are placement students, apprentices and graduates from a range of backgrounds. All our early career hires are supported to gain the skills, knowledge, and exposure to kick-start their career.
We have opportunities in many different areas and specialisms, for example, we have apprentices who are working towards qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, taxation, building surveying, business administration, information communications, and property management, all whilst gaining valuable experience and earning a salary.
