James is a Director based in our Nottingham office. He specialises in valuations across all property sectors throughout the East Midlands, with extensive experience in loan security valuations, viability appraisals, redevelopment schemes, investment advice and accounts valuations for public and private sector clients.
He has over eight years' experience providing comprehensive valuation advice to local, regional and corporate clients, adopting an analytical approach to complex property matters. His work encompasses strategic advice to lenders, developers and institutional clients, including Homes England, NatWest, Lloyds Bank and Barclays. James effectively communicates with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored valuation solutions across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Prior to joining, James gained experience at a UK commercial and residential real estate consultancy, progressing from graduate surveyor to associate director. He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a master's degree in Real Estate from Sheffield Hallam University.
